  1. Information Security Analyst: Information security analysts are responsible for monitoring and assessing an organization's security infrastructure, identifying vulnerabilities, analyzing security breaches, and implementing measures to protect systems and data.

  2. Network Security Engineer: Network security engineers design, implement, and maintain secure computer networks. They configure firewalls, intrusion detection systems, virtual private networks (VPNs), and other security measures to protect network infrastructure.

  3. Security Consultant: Security consultants work with clients to assess their security needs, develop strategies, and implement security solutions. They may conduct risk assessments, provide recommendations, and assist in incident response and recovery.

  4. Penetration Tester/Ethical Hacker: Penetration testers, also known as ethical hackers, assess the security of systems, networks, and applications by simulating cyber attacks. They identify vulnerabilities and provide recommendations to improve security.

  5. Security Architect: Security architects design and build secure systems and networks. They develop security frameworks, define security requirements, and ensure that systems are properly configured and protected.

  6. Incident Response Analyst: Incident response analysts investigate and respond to security incidents. They analyze threats, mitigate risks, and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to contain and recover from cyber attacks.

  7. Security Operations Center (SOC) Analyst: SOC analysts monitor and analyze security events and incidents in real-time. They identify and respond to security threats, conduct investigations, and maintain security incident logs.

  8. Cryptographer: Cryptographers develop cryptographic algorithms and protocols to secure data and communications. They analyze and test encryption methods, ensure the integrity and confidentiality of information, and contribute to the development of cryptographic systems.

  9. Security Auditor: Security auditors assess the effectiveness of an organization's security controls and policies. They conduct audits, evaluate compliance with regulations and standards, and provide recommendations for improving security posture.

  10. Chief Information Security Officer (CISO): The CISO is a senior-level executive responsible for overseeing an organization's overall cybersecurity strategy and implementation. They develop security policies, manage security teams, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
